Return Policy

1. General

At EverythingGh, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return a product within 30 days of receiving it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.

3. Exemptions

Please note that the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Food and Groceries
  • Beauty and Health
  • Customized/Tailored client goods (client request for customization)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@everythinggh.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you have received your RA number, package the item securely, including all original product packaging and any additional items such as manuals, accessories, etc.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the package.
  • Return the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

5. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit during the return process.

6. Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for a refund:

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds may take 30 days to process and may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above. Once we receive the returned item and it is approved for a return, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arranging for a replacement or refund.

9. Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order within 30mins of placing it. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

10. Changes to the Return Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to our Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
